Automating the merging process eliminates the need to merge later.  RingLead offers a unique approach to the deduplication issue by providing a means to automate the merging of incoming data to an existing record in Salesforce once a positive match is determined.  Because RingLead archives the information and no data is lost, much of the manual process of deduplication, including manual confirmation and post-import merging, is eliminated.  This saves time and expedites the process for the follow up required by both marketing and sales teams.

What happens when a match is found? With RingLead, there is no manual merging required for our preventative, real-time deduplication applications. Pre-defined rules for each field to update if blank, append, and archive are only a few examples available to prevent the loss of any data. Notifications and custom auto-responses follow your existing procedures for managing duplicates.

Declone Web-to-Lead
Any web form can be used to search and update the matching Contact or Lead in salesforce.com. If a match is found, fields can be updated while archiving overwritten or new information. The salesforce.com Campaign module is fully supported and Tasks or email notifications can be created.

Declone New Lead
Unlike other Lead and Contact manual entry prevention products, Declone New Lead operates in real-time and does not require time-consuming follow up activities such as the manual merging of records.  It is simple to implement and use and offers a familiar and intuitive interface with instant notification appearing for the person entering the information.
