Using Declone Mass List is easy:

1. Log in to RingLead and upload the file.
2. Identify the columns, field actions and other settings for Campaigns, record types and notificaitons..
3. RingLead servers queries your salesforce database to find matches. Matching Leads, Contacts and Accounts are updated without losing information. Notifications to existing owners can be created.
4. New Leads not matching existing Leads, Contacts or Accounts are created in Salesforce with optional notifications to owners.

For the matching Leads and Contacts, options including those listed below are provided:
 a) Associate a Campaign and assign a campaign member status globally or from a column in your list.
 b) Field-by-field options including "update only blank fields", "overwrite fields", "ignore fields", and many more.
 c) Assign a Task and/or email notification with fields from the list inserted in the Task comments.
