Improve reporting on campaigns by eliminating duplicate campaign associations.

A single Contact or Lead responding to a campaign multiple times is only counted as a single campaign member. Instead of creating a new Lead when an existing Contact responds to a campaign, the Contact will have been associated to the campaign. Likewise, an existing Lead responding to a campaign will not be duplicated. Instead, multiple responses to a single campaign will easily update the campaign member status.

Expanded reporting on campaigns is available on the activities created by RingLead when a web form is submitted or a list is uploaded. Configuring the main lead source field to never overwrite and configuring a separate field to append the lead source details allows complex reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Declone Web-to-Lead
Any web form can be used to search and update the matching Contact or Lead in salesforce.com. If a match is found, fields can be updated while archiving overwritten or new information. The salesforce.com Campaign module is fully supported and Tasks or email notifications can be created.
