Lead Scoring

Lead scoring can automate lead qualification and improve lead management processes.

Assign a point value to prospects based on how they interact with your company. Combined with RingLead’s advanced deduplication, existing Leads or Contacts are matched, and the lead scoring field value is increased.

Each web form submittal, download or other contact increases the ranking and triggers notifications and/or email responses. RingLead field actions such as increment and Salesforce workflow rules using triggers on the same fields send email templates or create activities once a lead reaches a specified point value and is therefore considered qualified.

If no match is found, a new Contact or Lead will be created. The Salesforce Campaign module is fully supported and Tasks or email notifications can be created.
