Salesforce defines rules that trigger time-dependent actions, executing relative to any date or date/time field on the object as specified in a time trigger. These triggers can be configured based on lead scoring field values to provide a lead nurturing system.

For example, a mid-sized company interested in product A will receive an email template one week after they have submitted the free trial web form but have not yet activated it. Aggregating the profiling information such as company size with the qualifications such as product interest is made possible by the real-time de-duplication of RingLead.
