The Year in Review
HAPPY NEW YEAR! The staff at RingLead would like to take a moment to wish all of you a new year filled with happiness and peace.
We’re happy to announce some exciting changes in our products and our company this year. We began by asking many of you what you’d like to see added to our products in order to make your business process run more smoothly. As a result, we’ve seen a new and improved version of Declone Web-to-Lead, an upgraded Declone Mass List that is easier to use, improved features to increase the effectiveness of our lead management tools, and more.
2007 promises to offer even better tools and features, designed primarily to help you streamline your sales and marketing processes and increase the effectiveness of your database management. Keep an eye out for more as the new year dawns bright.
RingLead/Eloqua Integration
To meet a growing need among many of our customers, RingLead consulted with Eloqua at length to determine the best way to integrate our two products. Here are the nuts and bolts of this new process:
Integration Steps
1. Activate RingLead Declone Web-to-Lead and Declone Mass List
2. Contact Eloqua to enable ID matching: field mapping will be handled by Eloqua
Benefits
- Allow real time updates of campaigns within salesforce.com; no need to wait for the nightly synchronization with Eloqua
- Prevent duplicate Contacts and Leads from entering salesforce.com
- Enhance the accuracy of Eloqua's reporting
Costs
- No additional cost is incurred on RingLead’s end to enable the integration.
- Customers of RingLead Declone services and Eloqua's Program Builder and CRM Integration are eligible.

Automation of Custom Fields Set Up
If you’ve been using our Declone Web-to-Lead, you’re most likely familiar with the custom field set up process previously required. The process was to copy all of the information we need, send it to our support team, and then wait on them to set those fields up for you. We’re happy to announce that you can now set up these fields within Declone Web-to-Lead after logging in. Not only will this automation provide you greater control over our user-friendly product, but it will enhance the convenience of our tool.

Declone Mass List New Release
As we successfully complete the upgrade of Declone Mass List, we’re pleased to announce the newest features. This release not only significantly decreases the amount of time it takes to manage your leads and contacts, but it eliminates several previously required steps in our deduplication tool.
Declone Mass List will:
- · Automate the creation of a new contact within an existing account
- · Automate the creation of a new lead when no match is found
- · Offer improved company matching
