Guard Against Manual
Creation of Duplicates
Here at RingLead, we strive
to meet our customers’ needs in a timely, consistent
fashion.
As a result, we are proud to announce the newest addition to
our suite of real-time, de-duplication tools. Declone New
Lead is a user-friendly application which will guard against
the creation of a duplicate when manually entering a new Lead
within your Salesforce database.
Here’s
how it works. When a Salesforce user
enters new Lead information, Declone New Lead scans Salesforce
for an existing Lead, Contact, or corresponding Account.
When the determination is made that a duplicate doesn’t
exist, the Lead is created as normal. When duplicate Leads
or Contacts are identified, they are updated according to
a user's pre-determined settings. When
a matching Account is identified, a new Contact is created
and associated to that Account. Once an action is taken,
the user if immediately notified with the action taken and
is directed to the Lead or Contact, and a task is created
to inform them of a duplicate entry.
Unlike
other manual entry de-duplication tools, this application
requires very little set-up, does not stop you from entering
data, and eliminates manual merging. Furthermore, this
