Tightly integrated with salesforce.com via the sforce on demand platform, and immediately available to salesforce.com customers, RingLead’s automated de-duplication of large lists and web forms prevents the creation of duplicate contact information without any loss of data. Seamless integration with salesforce.com using the sforce platform has allowed RingLead to rapidly deliver these services to any salesforce.com customer to enhance the salesforce.com solution. RingLead’s Declone De-duplication Services was announced today in New York at a global event celebrating salesforce.com’s latest Summer ’04 release, which delivers 100 new features instantly and seamlessly to all 10,700 salesforce.com customers and 161,000 subscribers worldwide. Since sforce was launched just over one year ago, salesforce.com has created an ecosystem that is significantly changing the way on-demand applications are built, just as salesforce.com changed how they are delivered. Today, RingLead joins an sforce community of 3,000 developers, 750 enterprises and more than 100 ISVs who are using sforce to customize, integrate and extend salesforce.com to create custom CRM solutions. RingLead services provide an automated solution to the problems associated with locating duplicate information and updating existing information. Declone Web-to-Lead locates and updates existing salesforce.com information in real-time for any web form. Declone Mass List is a similar service for large lists of information that need to be imported or updated in the salesforce.com customer’s database. Both services are easy to enable and use and are available to all salesforce.com customers today. More information is available at http://www.ringlead.com/salesforce. “RingLead Declone De-duplication Services close the loop on preventing duplicate contact records from being created in the salesforce.com customer database,” said Steve Lehr, president of RingLead. “Our goal is to extend our proven de-duplication to every salesforce.com customer. Salesforce.com provides easy integration using open standards through the sforce development tools, making it easy for users to easily incorporate RingLead’s services.” "RingLead Services has mitigated the potential for dupes and has helped retain the integrity of our customer and prospect data," declared Fred Walters, director of marketing, Interwoven. "We are integrating Ringlead with our marketing programs to provide filtering and updating of contact information by attaching any new data with the existing record in salesforce, com." Sforce partners expand customer choice by creating a wide range of new customer-centric solutions, including mobile applications, hosted vertical applications, voice automation and specific device support. All solutions are built using open standards on the sforce on demand platform, one of the most widely used and broadly supported enterprise Web services. The sforce on demand platform allows solution developers to customize, integrate, and extend salesforce.com to create sophistcated custom CRM solutions. In contrast to traditional packaged software, sforce allows developers to use the tools they already know and love from IBM [NYSE: IBM], BEA [NASDAQ: BEAS], Borland [NASDAQ: BORL], and Microsoft [NASDAQ: MSFT] to build CRM integrations and applications with record speed and success. Leveraging standards and technologies from the Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), sforce continues to demonstrate how the on demand platforms are a central part of the new enterprise IT strategies. Free access to the sforce community, as well as more information on the sforce Developer Program, is available at http://sforce.com.
